This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made on Global Skills Institute, a digital education platform owned and operated by PERFECT LEARNING SOLUTIONS OPC PRIVATE LIMITED. This policy explains how our digital course PDFs and learning materials are delivered to customers after purchase.

1. Digital Product Delivery

All products sold on Global Skills Institute are digital products, mainly in the form of course PDF files and downloadable learning materials. No physical items are shipped.

Once your payment is successfully completed, your digital product will be delivered in one of the following ways:

  • A download link will be shown on the order confirmation page, and
  • A download link will be sent to your registered email address.

You can download the purchased PDF files instantly or at any time using the link provided.

2. Delivery Time

Because our products are digital, delivery is instant.
In some cases, it may take up to 5–15 minutes for the email with your download link to arrive, depending on your email provider and payment confirmation.

If you do not receive your email within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

3. Access to Downloads

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and download links secure.
